La excelente revista Foreign Affairs trae en su último número, disponible en Internet, un merecido homenaje al maestro Samuel Hungtinton, un homenaje como él habría querido, poniendo a disposición de académicos, políticos y ciudadanos en general, la relación de textos que publicó en tan prestigioso compendio. Sobre cuál es el mejor de sus trabajos, creo que hay diversas opiniones porque hay variados intereses y contextos. Para la mayoría de críticos, Choque de Civilizaciones es de los mejores trabajos. Para mi amigo Francisco Miroquesada Rada es La Tercera Ola democratización en la última centuria y para el que esto escribe, por lo que significó como obra didáctica para quien habitando en el campo de la ingeniería se nutre de la ciencia política me encantó El Orden Político en las Sociedades en Cambio, un clásico.
